We are not estate agents. An agent earns by bringing a seller and a buyer together, and their work ends when the contract is signed. Ours begins where the plot turns out to have a problem with its documents, and ends when that problem is gone.

The same person runs the project from screening through to title registration. You will not have to explain the plot's history a second time to someone new.
If a plot fails the check, you hear about it straight away, with an explanation of what does not add up. A negative result is still a result, and it costs less than a deal that collapses.
Land reclassification takes four to fourteen months. We give both ends of the range and what the timing depends on, rather than one convenient figure.
